Validation vs. 100% Complete

We have several languages that are 100% done, but do not show up under '100% Complete', but instead in the "Validation" section:

Now my question would be, what needs to be done in particular to get those to '100% Complete'?

    When your project is public (everyone can participate), we measure the translation quality score. When a language is in validation stage, it's fully translated and typically can be already used. However to be '100% complete', the translations must have been voted by at least several trusted crowd-translators or users who have an assigned role in your project e.g. 'moderator' or 'translator' in your user manager.
